Wellsville Police arrested Michael J. Lanterman, age 45 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on North Main Street. Lanterman was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Lanterman is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 18th at 4:30 pm.
