On February 25th, 2025, at approximately 7:49 AM, Cuba Police arrested Chad D. Griswold, 43, of Bolivar, NY. Griswold was arrested on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (Misdemeanor). These charges stem from an investigation which Griswold was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine. Griswold is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
