New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 25, 2025
2/25/25 6:43 p.m.- State police were called to a
domestic family offense in the town of Alma. Shortly thereafter, troopers
arrested Jonathan M. O’Shell, 38, of Wellsville. He was charged with felony
aggravated family offense-more than 1 offense within 5 years and second-degree
criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. He was transported to
the Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
2/25/25 4:45 p.m.- State police arrested Quinn
Stocum, 36, of Addison. Stocum was charged with felony burglary and detained.
2/25/25 12:56 p.m.- During a traffic stop in Steuben
County, state police arrested Brandon L. Meise, 29, of Westfield, Pa. He was
charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs with two prior
convictions, felony aggravated DWI with a child under the age of 16 in the
vehicle, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation with a permanent
revocation, child endangerment and criminal possession of a controlled
substance. Troopers also arrested Karley Knickerbocker, 22, of Knoxville, Pa.
She was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two
counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were transported
to the Steuben County Jail for Central arraignment.
2/25/25 4:15 p.m.- In the town of Hornellsville,
state police arrested Zane E. Swarts, 41, of Canisteo. He was charged with
criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor
vehicle. A court appearance is pending.
