Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Christy L. Samick, age 50 of Wellsville, charging her with Pettit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street on February 11th. Samick was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Samick is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
