New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 21, 2025
2/21/25 11:09 a.m.- After investigating an incident
in the town of Allen reported earlier this month, state police arrested Tammy
L. Dunn-Humphrey, 56, of Belmont. She was charged with felony first-degree
endangering the welfare of an incompetent/physically disabled person, endangering
the welfare of a child, aggravated harassment causing physical injury to a
family member, third-degree assault and first-degree harassment. Troopers also
arrested Taylor M. Grubb, 27, of Belfast. Grubb was charged with endangering
the welfare of a child, endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically
disabled person and first-degree harassment. Both were taken into custody in
the town of Wellsville. State police said the pair was transported to the
Allegany County for Central arraignment.
