On February 25th, 2025, at approximately 7:55 PM, Cuba Police arrested James E. Bowker, 26, of Olean, NY. Bowker was arrested on charges of criminal contempt of court 1st (Felony) and aggravated family offense (Felony). Bowker was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Bowker is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
