Coudersport man faces felony, other charges
Coudersport Boro Police on Wednesday arrested Treveyn
Matthew Seeley, 18, of Coudersport. He was charged with felony theft by
unlawful taking and the lesser crimes of receiving stolen property,
unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle, no
insurance and unlawful operation. Arraigned Wednesday afternoon by District
Judge Bryan Phelps, bail was set at $30,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing is
scheduled for March 20th at 10:30 a.m.
