Bradley was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child (Misdemeanor, 2 counts). Bradley is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Collins was arrested on charges of uninspected motor vehicle (Violation) and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Collins is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Austin was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct (Violation), criminal mischief 4th (Misdemeanor) and endangering the welfare of a child (Misdemeanor, 2 counts). Austin is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On February 17th, 2025, at approximately 11:33 PM, Cuba Police arrested Daniel S. Ackerman (58) of Cuba, NY following a report of a motor vehicle accident. Ackerman was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without insurance (Violation) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Ackerman is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
