New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 23, 2025
2/23/25 2:32 a.m.- State police have filed charges
following a one-vehicle personal injury crash during the early morning hours on
Sunday. The incident occurred on Graves Road in Willing at 2:32 a.m. As a
result, troopers say they arrested LeRoy Scott Billings, 27, of Belmont. He was
charged with felony driving while intoxicated for having a previous conviction
with ten years. He was also charged with felony first-degree aggravated
unlicensed operation. Troopers said court appearances are pending. Willing fire
and Wellsville EMS & Rescue assisted at the scene.
2/23/25 7:52 p.m.- An Olean man was arrested
following an incident in the town of Bolivar. Amity-based troopers arrested
20-year-old Brandon R. White, charging him with second-degree aggravated
harassment for allegedly causing a threat to be communicated. He’ll appear in
court at a later date.
