Wellsville Police arrested Brad W. Perry, age 40 of Wellsville, charging him with Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Jefferson Street on February 5th. Perry was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Perry is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Hannah V. Flamini, age 26 of Wellsville, for failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 4th on a previous AUO 3rd and other Vehicle and Traffic charges. Flamini was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Flamini was released under pre-trail supervision by the Allegany County Probation Department. Flamini is due back in Wellsville Village Court on Aprils 8th at 4:30 pm
