New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 18, 2025
2/18/25 4:20 p.m.- In October 2024, Amity-based state
police investigated a complaint in the village of Cuba. On Tuesday, troopers
arrested Tyler E. O’Dell, 31, of Bolivar. He was charged with promoting an obscene
sexual performance-sexually motivated- by a child under age 17, a class D
felony as well as possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child under age
16, a class E felony. He was taken to the Allegany County Jail for Central
arraignment.
