New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 13, 2025
2/13/25 7:17 p.m.- After investigating a fraud
complaint filed Fe. 7 in the village of Andover, state police charged a
13-year-old juvenile from Andover with felony computer trespass-gains access to
computer material. The youth will an appearance in Family Court at a later
date.
2/13/25 10:20 a.m.- Acting on a warrant, state police
arrested Patrick M. Rafferty, 32, of Addison. He was charged with felony bail
jumping. He was transport to jail and bail was denied.
