Wellsville Police today arrested Kristi A. Williams, 37 of
Wellsville, charging her with felony driving while intoxicated, Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Passed Red Light, Refusal to take
Breath Test, Failure to Notify DMV of change of address and Consumption of
Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. The charges
stem from a traffic stop on West State Street in the Village of
Wellsville. Williams was processed and
arraigned before Associate Village Judge Walsh.
Williams was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on
February 20th at 4:30 p.m.
