1/18/18 4:19pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the town of Wellsville, state police arrested Stanislaus H. Hewlett, 27, of Wellsville. He was charged with 2nd degree unlawful imprisonment and preventing an emergency call-criminal mischief. He was issued appearance tickets for court and released.
1/18/18 9:40pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 21 in Freemont, state police arrested Matthew D. Smith, 27, of Dansville. He was charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance-Hallucinogen and possessing a pound of marijuana. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to keep right. bail was set at $10,000.
1/18/18 7:17pm- Troopers arrested Ronald Randall, 63, Hornell,
for Falsifying Business Records 2nd. Randall was arrested after an investigation
in which he allegedly applied to purchase a firearm at a local gun shop and
provided false information. Randall was
issued an Appearance Ticket to appear in the town of Hornellsville court at a
later date.
