Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Marcus A. Wickham, age 29 of Newark, NY, for
failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous Issuing a Bad Check
charge. Wickham was located by the New York
State Police and turned over to the Wellsville Police. Wickham was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.
Wickham was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail
or $500.00 property bond. Wickham is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on February 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Brock M. Burdick, age 20 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd. Burdick was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Burdick is due to appear
in Wellsville Village Court on February 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested a 17-year-old Wellsville youth,
charging him with two counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st and
No/Inadequate Lights. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on West Dyke Street in the village. The youth was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
The youth is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
