Wellsville Police arrested Jessica L. Evans, age 30 of
Belmont, charging her with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd) and No
Seat Belt. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on East Pearl Street in the Village. Evans was issued traffic citations and
released. Evans is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on February 20th at 4:30 p.m.
