Wellsville Police arrested Kimberly C. Litchner, age 18 of
Rushford, charging her with Endangering the Welfare of an
Incompetent/Physically Disabled Person 1st (Class E Felony). Police Chief Tim O’Grady
released this statement, saying “the charges stem from an incident which
occurred on December 13, 2017 in a living facility operated by a local
not-for-profit organization where Litchner worked as an aid. The not-for-profit organization reported,
Litchner had allegedly mistreated a facility resident during the course of her
work assignment.” Litchner was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. She is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 20th at 4:30 p.m.
