New York State Police Blotter – Jan. 10, 2025
1/10/25 4:19 p.m.- After investigating an alleged
sexual offense in Willing, state police arrested Ryan M. Seeger, 32, of
Wellsville. He was charged with felony first-degree disseminating indecent
material to minors and attempted child endangerment. He was taken to the
Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
