Wellsville Police
arrested Brock L. Reynolds, age 44 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified
Misdemeanor), Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor)
and Consumption of Alcohol in a motor vehicle (Infraction). The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Madison Street. Reynolds was
processed, issued traffic citations and was released to a third party. Reynolds is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on February 4th at 4:30 pm.
