New York State Police Blotter – Jan. 24/25, 2025
1/25/25 6:30 a.m.- After being dispatched to a
domestic dispute in the village of Richburg, state police arrested Joshua R.
Smith, 38, of Olean. He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing. He
was taken to the Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
1/24/25 9:21 a.m.- On December 23, 2024, Bath-based
state police were called to investigate a fraud complaint in Hornellsville. As
a result, trooper arrested Timothy A. Howe, 27, of Hornell. He was charged with
felony third-degree grand larceny where property exceed $1,000 value. He was
held on cash bail.
