New York State Police Blotter – Jan. 18, 2025
1/18/25 9:21 p.m. – State Police say there were no
injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Jones Road in the town of Andover. The
drivers were listed as Lisa Marie Kent, 48, of Andover and Michael P. Smith,
47, of Frewsburg. Troopers said they arrested Smith and charged him with
aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI – first offense. He will answer
the charge in court at a later date.
1/19/25 3:12 a.m. – During a traffic stop in the
village of Richburg, state police arrested Justin M. Ray, 40, of Bolivar. He
was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. Court
action is pending.
