New York State Police – Jan. 23, 2025
1/23/25 9:44 p.m. – A domestic violence call in
Portville led to the arrest of Kaleb M. Kaster, 25, of Portville. He was
charged with felony second-degree assault (with intent to cause injury to
police, firefighters, EMT or nurse, felony criminal mischief assault reckless
causing injury, preventing an emergency call, six counts of child endangerment,
criminal obstruction of breathing, obstruction and two counts of resisting arrest.
Court action is pending.
1/23/25 11:01 p.m.- During a traffic stop in Hume,
state police arrested Clarence W. Guildford, 32, of Belfast. He was charged
with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was
taken to the county jail for Central arraignment.
