Wellsville Police arrested Tiffany M. Walsh, age 35 of Bolivar, charging her with Grand Larceny 4th (Class E Felony). The charge stems from a complaint made by Runnings. Walsh was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Walsh is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 4th at 4:30 pm.
