Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Briar A. York, age 27 of Hinsdale, charging him with failure to appear in Court
on December 17th on a previous Public Lewdness charge. York was located in Hinsdale by the New York
State Police and turned over to Wellsville Police. York was transported to the Allegany County
Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.
York is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
