New York State Police Blotter – March 23, 2025
3/23/25 7:14 p.m. – During a traffic stop in the town
of Wellsville, state police arrested Lloyd M. Rifenburg, 64, of Andover. He was
charged with driving while intoxicate-first offense and having a BAC above
.08%. He was released with an appearance ticket for court.
3/23/25 10:05 p.m.- While on a vehicle stop in the
town of Belfast, state police report the arrest of Nicholas Ryan Ingalls, 24,
of Friendship. He was charged with DWI-first offense and having a BAC above
.08%. He’ll appear in court at a later date.
3/24/25 1:15 a.m.- During a traffic stop in the town
of Amity, state police say they arrested Connor Jason Stork, 20, of Belfast. He
was charged with first-offense DWI and having a BAC above .08%. He was released
with tickets.
