arrested Ean D. Brant, age 21 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified
Misdemeanor) and No distinctive plate/unsecure/dirty (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic stop on West
Pearl Street. Brant was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Brant is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on April 8th at 4:30 pm.
