Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 49 no permanent address, charging him with Trespass (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place at Park Plaza Liquors. Fronczak was issued an appearance ticket and released. Fronczak is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 15th at 4:30 pm.
