New York State Police Blotter – March 17/18, 2025
3/18/25 8:32 a.m.- After investigating a larceny
complaint in the town of Allegany, state police report the arrest of
Christopher J. Foster, 38, of Andover. He was charged with two counts of petit
larceny. A court appearance is pending.
