On 03/29/2025 Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff's Office arrested CHAD D. GRISWOLD, age 42, of Wirt, NY for felony Criminal Contempt 1st, Criminal Contempt 2nd, Aggravated Family Offense and Aggravated Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from incidents which occurred at the Allegany County Jail during which GRISWOLD allegedly contacted a protected party by phone.
On 03/30/2025 GRISWOLD was arrested and additionally charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd for allegedly contacting a protected party by mail. GRISWOLD will be arraigned in CAP Court.
