Wellsville Police, acting on three Bench Warrants issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Melissa S. Fisher (Munday), age 46 of Olean, for failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 21st on three prior Pettit Larceny charges. Fisher (Munday) was located by the City of Olean Police and turned over to Wellsville Police. Fisher (Munday) was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Fisher (Munday) is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
