New York State Police Blotter – March 14, 2025
3/14/25 11:06 p.m.- State police were called to a
domestic dispute in the town of Bolivar. After interviews, troopers arrested
LeRoy W. Nupp, 53, of Bolivar. He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
A court appearance is pending.
3/15/25 3 a.m.- After investigating a domestic dispute
in the village of Andover, state police arrested Joseph S. Stage, 39, of
Andover. He was charged with felony second-degree criminal mischief and
preventing an emergency call to police. He was taken to the Allegany County
Jail for Central arraignment.
3/14/25 12:43 p.m.- After investigating an incident
in the town of Canisteo, state police arrested Michael Morris, 52, of Canisteo.
He was charged with felony second-degree assault involving a victim age 65 or
older, criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and unauthorized use
of a vehicle without the owner’s consent. He was taken to the Steuben County
Jail for Central arraignment.
