Wellsville Police,
acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Lori A. Bowker, age 44 of Wellsville,
charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took
place at Dollar General in February of 2024.
Bowker was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending
arraignment in CAP Court. Bowker is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
