5/1/25 4:19 p.m. – After investigating a sex offense in the village of Cuba, state police from the Amity barracks arrested Samanda Pease, 31, of Wellsville. She was charged with three felony counts of third-degree rape involving a victim under the age of 17. She was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She is currently detained at the Allegany County Jail. Sheriff Scott Cicirello said her bail is set at $5,000 cash. He added that an additional arrest was made today.
