Press Release: On May 16th 2025, at approximately 10:18 AM, Officers of the Friendship Police Department arrested Anthony M. Hand (43 YO) of Friendship N.Y. Hand was taken into custody and transported to the Friendship Police Department where he was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Friendship Town Court at a later date. Hand was charged with the following:
PL 260.10 02 A M 1 FAILURE TO EXERCISE REASONABLE CONTROL OF A MINOR (A Misdemeanor)
Hand is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
