New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 4, 2024
2/4/25 2:51 p.m.- On December 15, 2025, state police
investigated a stolen vehicle complaint in the town of Hinsdale. On Tuesday,
troopers arrested Derek W. Tyler-Lockwood, 34, of Cuba. He was charged with
felony criminal possession of stolen property valued at more than $4,000. A
court appearance is pending.
2/4/25 10:44 a.m.- State police Tuesday arrested
Justin T. Swarthout, 37, of Belmont. He was charged with felony second-degree
residential burglary. He was transported to the Allegany County Jail for
Central arraignment.
2/4/25 5:57 p.m.- State police report the arrest of
Caleb M. Neely, 34, of Little Genesee. He was charged with felony fourth-degree
criminal possession of a narcotic drug, obstruction for allegedly preventing an
official function and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled
substance. He was taken to the county jail for Central arraignment.
