Wellsville Police
arrested Christina D. Greenman, age 48 of Wellsville, charging her with DWI
(Class E Felony), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Class E Felony), Aggravated DWI
w/BAC o9f .18% or more (Class E Felony)
and Moved from lane unsafely (infraction).
The charges stem from a traffic stop on North Main Street. Greenman was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Greenman is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th
at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Raymond S. Tylicki, age 52 of Olean, charging him with failure to appear in
Court on February 15, 2022 on a previous Trespass charge. Tylicki was located by the New York State
Police and turned over to Wellsville Police.
Tylicki was transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment
in CAP Court. Tylicki is due to appear
in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Katelina M. Raish, age 19 of Hornell, charging her with failure to appear in
Court on January 2, 2024 on a prior Petit Larceny charge. Raish was transported to the Allegany County
Jail pending arraignment in CPA Court. Raish is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court at a later date.
