arrested Danny W. Logue, age 25 of Wellsville, charging him with Grand Larceny
4th (Class E Felony). The
charge stems from an incident that took place at Runnings. Logue was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Logue is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 3rd at 4:30 pm.
