New York State Police Blotter – November 20, 2024
11/20/24 6:53 p.m.- After responding to a domestic
dispute, state police arrested Mathew D. O’Dell, 38, of Wellsville. He was
charged with second-degree criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court
order. He was taken to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment.
11/20/24 8:46 p.m.- Responding to a domestic dispute
in the town of Willing, state police arrested Curtis D. Hall, 39, of
Wellsville. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and
obstruction by allegedly preventing an official function. He was issued an
appearance ticket for court. Troopers also arrested Sara A. Brassell, 40, of
Wellsville. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, menacing
with a weapon and criminal possession f a weapon with intent to use. She was
taken to the county jail to await arraignment.
