Wellsville Police
arrested Christopher D. Jackson, age 46 no permanent address, charging him with
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (Class D Felony), Menacing 3rd
(Class B Misdemeanor) and Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took
place on North Main Street. Jackson was
processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in
CAP Court. Jackson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later
date.
