Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a Ulysses man stemming from an incident in Coudersport reported November 12th. Troopers said they took 25-year-old Zane Bryan Walentukonis into custody. He was charged with felony criminal trespass into a structure and defiant trespass. He was arraigned by Judge Bryan Phelps and was remanded to Potter County Jail when he couldn’t post $25,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 25 at 1:30 p.m.
