On October 23rd 2024, at approximately 12:30 PM, Officers of the Friendship Police Department, assisted by the Allegany County Probation Department, arrested Beau D. Eck (35 YO) of Friendship N.Y. for failing to report changes in his sex offender registry status. Eck was processed at the Friendship Police Department and transported to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment. Eck is scheduled to appear in the Friendship Town Court at a later date. He was charged with the following felonies :

Eck is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
