New York State Police Blotter – Nov. 2, 2024
11/22/24 1:21 p.m.-After responding to a domestic
dispute in the village of Andover, state police arrested Jordan A. Bartoo, 23,
of Andover. He was charged with felony criminal mischief, misdemeanor criminal
mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing and menacing. He was taken to the
Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
