Early Tuesday afternoon, I received an alert that the Genesee River at Wellsville was approaching flood stage. Odd, I thought, since there was no rain (for days). I looked out my upstairs window and didn't see anything. According to the river gauge, the Genesee was over 9 feet. Every now and then, technology misbehaves!
