Wellsville Police
arrested Rickie A. Moultrup, age 46 of Allentown, charging him with 3 counts of
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class A
Misdemeanor). The charges stem from
incidents that took place on August 29th and September 15th. Moultrup was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.
Moultrup was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a
later date.
Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Rachel M. Sebree, age 36 of Freedom, charging her with a Violation of
Probation. Sebree was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Sebree was released and is due to report to
the Allegany County Probation Department on September 18th.
