Wellsville Police
arrested Gina L. Damico, age 34 of Wellsville, charging her with Endangering
the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor).
The charge stems from an incident that took place on Merriam Heights on
June 11th. Damico was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Damico is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on October 15th at 4:30 pm.
