Wellsville Police arrested Keith S. Kuder Sr, age 40 of Olean, and Autumn N. Beadle, age 27 of Olean, charging them each with one count of Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place at Giant Food Mart. Kuder and Beadle were issued appearance tickets and released. Kuder and Beadle are due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police
arrested Mary K. Gee, age 60 of Wellsville, charging her with DWI (Unclassified
Misdemeanor), Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor)
and Leaving the scene of a Property Damage Auto Accident (Infraction). The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Jefferson Street. Gee was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Gee is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on October 15th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Shawn M. Ladabouche, age 27 of Hornell, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street on August 14th. Ladabouche was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Ladabouche is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 pm.
