9/7/24 7:58 p.m.-After a disturbance in the town of
Scio, state police arrested Joseph D. Bolzan, 45, of Cuba. He was charged with
criminal obstruction of breathing. A court appearance is pending.
9/7/24 10:04 p.m.- State police arrested Earl T.
Beyrle, 39, of Friendship. He was charged with felony residential burglary,
felony aggravated family offense, felony first-degree criminal contempt for
allegedly violating an order of protection with physical contact, aggravated
harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and preventing an emergency
call. Court action is pending.
