Wellsville Police
arrested Jennifer M. Perkins, age 39 of Wellsville, charging her with two
counts of Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor), Assault 3rd
(Class A Misdemeanor), Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor) and DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor). The charges
stem from an incident that took place on Madison Street. Perkins was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Perkins is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 1st at 4:30 pm. Additional charges are pending.
