Requesting a Resolution to accept Pioneer Motorsport, Inc.’s utility vehicle bid proposal and authorization to purchase a 2025 Can Am Defender Max LTD HD10 for $39,910.96. Pioneer Motorsport, Inc. is located at 12220 Olean Rd., Chaffee, NY 14030. The utility vehicle with wheels and track system will assist the Allegany County Sheriff's Office with efficiently and effectively responding to public safety work details given the wide variety of terrain and weather conditions experienced in the county. Requesting authorization from the Board for the Allegany County Sheriff to execute the purchase order and sales agreement as required, subject to the review and approval of terms and conditions by the County Attorney. FISCAL IMPACT: A 3118.208 Sheriff ARPA Equipment - Funding is included in the 2024 budget.
