3:40pm- State Police
arrested Frank D. White, 37, of Scio. He was charged with endangering the
welfare of a child. The charge stems from a complaint in Scio, filed August 22nd.
9/17/20
6:28pm- After
investigating a sexual offense in the Town of Angelica, State Police arrested
Joshua D. Cline, 23, of Friendship. He was charged second-degree rape and
second- degree criminal sex act involving a child under the age of 15. Both are
class D felony counts. He was jailed on cash bail.
9/9/20- State Police arrested Derek W.
Tyler-Lockwood, 30, of Cuba. He was charged with three felony counts of
criminal possession of stolen property for crimes in Hinsdale and twice in
Portville. Bail was set at $20,000.
9/17/20 5:40pm- After investigating a sex crime in Hinsdale on August 22, State Police arrested Joshua D. Cline, 23, of Friendship. He was charged with criminal sex act with a victim under 15. He was detained on cash bail.
9/17/20 3:17pm- After investigating a sex offense in the Town of Eagle on April 23, State Police arrested Faron W. Szymanski, 35, of Warsaw. He was charged with felony first-degree sexual abuse involving a child under age 13 as well as forcible touching and child endangerment. He was released on his own recognizance.
9/17/20 1pm- After investigating a complaint in the Town of Campbell, Painted-Post based State Police arrested a 12-year-old name-protected lad from Albion. He was charged with first-degree criminal sex act with a child under age 11, a class B felony; first-degree sexual abuse with a child under and 11, a class D felony and first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a class D felony.
